With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Roy has developed an in-depth understanding of the unique wants and needs of his clients. In 2010, a significant opportunity arose when he joined LJ Hooker West Hoxton, where he partnered with a trusted friend to transform a small operation into a boutique-style agency. Together, they created a business founded on good old-fashioned values, where the client always comes first. This approach resulted in numerous successful outcomes and a reputation for outstanding service.

By December 2014, Roy took on the role of Licensee in Charge, leading the business through a period of expansion in the fast-growing West Hoxton–Austral region. Under his leadership, the agency continued to make its mark, offering expert advice and guidance to clients navigating the evolving property landscape.

In May 2016, driven by a desire for greater autonomy and the chance to build something uniquely his own, Roy made the bold decision to leave the franchise behind and rebrand as an independent agency.
